She was very easy to work with. This was a VERY simple process, compared to prior real estate transactions I’ve been involved with. And I attribute much of this to her efficiency and proactive nature.
She was also quite realistic. She had a good idea of what the house was worth and what it could sell for. She didn’t try and get my business by telling me some unrealistic number, just to get me to list my property with her.
Also she had a good idea of some other issues that would come up during the process, and prepared me for them, in advance.
