Buying or Selling a
Home in Tampa Bay?
345+ Homes Sold Since 2014
I’m Anne Garber, a Realtor® and licensed real estate broker helping buyers and sellers throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties. Since 2014, I’ve helped my clients buy and sell more than 345 homes. This has kept me aware of current market values, established areas and new developments, local schools, interior design trends, investment property rental income, lot sizes, and all the other details that can help you make better decisions, whether you’re buying or selling a home.
I’m originally from a small town in England and have been living here in Tampa since 2005 with my husband and our three children. As a mom, I’ve been through elementary, middle, and high school with my kids, so I’m familiar with schools, healthcare, roads, shopping, and the day-to-day realities of living here.
Over the years I’ve sold just about every type of property imaginable: single-family homes, townhomes, condos, million-dollar-plus properties, large tracts of land, rural and city, and everything in between. From new townhomes in Land O Lakes and Connerton to luxury homes in Lutz, Carrollwood, and South Tampa, I’ve had the opportunity to help clients across every price range.
I’m also a little old-school when it comes to customer service. I answer my phone. I return calls. And I believe keeping clients informed is just as important as negotiating the best possible deal. You’ll always know what’s happening, what comes next, and where things stand.
And yes… 345 homes is a large number of transactions (which can easily be verified through the MLS). Especially when you consider that the average Florida Realtor sells somewhere between 2 and 7 homes a year. It has also landed me on several “Top Realtor Performance” lists.
But honestly… that’s never been what motivates me.
What matters to me is helping people buy and sell their homes with as little stress as possible.
I’ve been through the process myself, and I know just how many moving parts there are. Between inspections, financing, appraisals, title work, packing, moving, and everything else involved… plus the time and stress of looking for the right home or attracting the right buyer. It sometimes feels overwhelming to keep track of it all while still living your everyday life.
That’s why I think of my role as being your quarterback.
I oversee the process, coordinate all the moving parts, keep everyone on schedule, and make sure nothing important falls through the cracks. I’m extremely organized, I like to stay a few steps ahead, and I don’t enjoy 11th-hour emergencies any more than my clients do.
After all, buying or selling a home is already stressful enough. Add in the time, money, and physical energy involved… who needs unnecessary surprises?
Not you… and not me.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling a home, I’d encourage you to download any of my free Homeowner Reports for Buyers and Sellers using the “I’m a SELLER” and “I’m a BUYER” links on this page . I hope you find them helpful.
All the best,
Anne
