7 Point Guarantee

Here is my 7 Point Guarantee:

If I don’t honor every one of the following 7 Promises, you can tear up our Buyer’s or Seller’s Agreement, without any hassles or financial penalties:

  1. You will be treated professionally, with respect and basic common courtesy…
  2. Your phone calls will be returned in a timely manner (99% of the time, within 1 business day)… 
  3. You’ll never feel pressured or uncomfortable, and you’ll never have to deal with any kind of “sales junk” when you’re working with me. I view my role as a problem solver – the person who eliminates confusion and stress, not causes it. Plus, I also have a very low tolerance for pushy people, myself…
  4. I’ll always be 100% up-front and truthful with you. For example, if you get a full price offer on your property, but it’s contingent on the buyer selling their house to get the funds needed to buy your home… or if your house needs to pass a VA loan inspection in order for the buyer’s financing to go through… I’ll disclose all of this, up front. The last thing you want is the perception of good news followed by disappointment, so I’ll give you the entire story, right from the get-go…
  5. In the event something comes up which causes any kind of delay or throws us an unexpected curve ball, you’ll be the first person to know about it. I don’t like 11th hour emergencies and I assume you don’t either. So if there’s a glitch or unexpected delay – for whatever reason… I’ll let you know about it ASAP. And, I’ll also present you with well thought out solutions to dealing with whatever the particular issue is…
  6. Your personal privacy and confidentiality is Guaranteed. This is important for many reasons. For instance, some sellers do need to sell quickly, or they are willing to accept less money than the asking price. However, no one needs to know this. Your information and details always remain private with me…
  7. If you have to sign any documents, I’ll explain (in plain and simple English), exactly what you’re signing… why it needs to be signed… and how it impacts the sale or purchase of your home…

Now you might think I’m going out on a limb by offering you all these guarantees. After all, not many agents I know would ever let their sellers get out of their Buyer’s or Seller’s Agreement, without any kind of hassles or financial penalties and consequences.

But I’m really not doing anything extraordinary here – I’m just being fair. Plus, I work incredibly hard and I genuinely like what I do. However, I have no problem making them because if you’re like most people, you’ll appreciate the service, experience, and work ethic I bring to the table. You won’t need this guarantee. But I’m happy to offer it to you, just so you feel protected.
